We want you to feel important from the start! You will receive a warm welcome by our awesome and experienced orthodontic team, led by Dr. Collazo. We will get to know one another and give you the personal attention you deserve.

Our Initial Consultation Is Free!
We believe the best orthodontic care emphasizes open communication. You will learn about the different treatments and services offered at PDGO, and consult with Dr. Collazo to find out which treatments are best for your needs and goals.
We will speak candidly with you about our diagnosis and recommendations, and all of your options. Working together, we can achieve a true partnership, with one common goal – helping you achieve a beautiful, confident smile!
Our Orthodontist will create a custom treatment plan for you, and you will learn about the financial information, including insurance and various affordable payment plans. It all begins with this complimentary consultation.
After Your Consultation
What’s the next step?
We want to make it as easy as possible for our patients to get the care they need. After your consultation, you may have the option to get started the same day towards a beautiful smile, or you can schedule an appointment to come back at your convenience!
If we indicate that you aren’t quite ready to begin your orthodontic treatment, you get to join the Super Smile Club, PDGO's Observation Program. While in our Observation Program, our orthodontist will monitor growth and development every 6-12 months until it’s the perfect time to begin treatment.
If you need a special appliance, don’t worry, instead of that age old nasty tasting, goopy gagging impression, we use a state of the art 3D intraoral scanner that takes a video of your teeth and creates a digital map of your bite. This allows for a way more pleasant and comfortable experience!

What if my child is not ready for treatment?
